The Process

One to two months

A measured, transparent timeline. Every step documented. Every detail considered. Here is exactly what happens between drop-off and delivery.

Week 0

We meet, scope your aircraft, and walk through the visual designer together — material samples, color decks, and lighting options.

Week 1

Your aircraft enters our shop. Documentation, photographs, and a full pre-teardown inspection are completed.

Week 1–2

Old headliner, side plastics, carpet, and seat covers are carefully removed. Substrates are inspected and corrosion is treated.

Week 2–4

Leather is cut and stitched in-house. Headliner panels, plastics, and trim pieces are formed and prepped to your spec.

Week 4–6

New headliner, custom lighting, premium carpeting, and refinished seats are installed with hand-fitted precision.

Week 6–8

Final QC, weight & balance update, paperwork, and a personal walk-through. Wheels up.
